Well that could have gone better. I ended up feeling so wretched this morning, and I mean wretched, that I had to work from home for the first time in ages for an unscheduled day. I do not like doing that, as while yes I got my job done just as well as I would in the office, it taints home to have that boundry crossed. That deflation combined with feeling so rough made a late post today all but inevitable, but hey, I still wrote, and I’m still kicking.
I know I keep going on about this, but I cannot sing the virtues of the Vortex Core 40 keyboard loudly enough. I think it is honestly my favourite ever keyboard, hands down, and while yes I still adore my other two mechanicals, I love the ultra small aesthetic. Seriously, if you ever have a chance to buy one of these and you aren’t doing a ton of programming, then I think you might just fall in love with this thing. Also my recommendation would be the Cherry Reds as they are just so slick. I know blues are the more traditional typing choice, and I love my blues, but this always cheers me up to type on. It’s comforting.
